Das ist sinnvoll, wenn echte Gefahr droht. Im Alltag mit Mails, Terminen und Sorgen l\u00e4uft dieser Modus aber oft dauerhaft mit, und genau das ersch\u00f6pft.<\/p>\n  <p>Die gute Nachricht: Den gleichen Weg, der dich hochf\u00e4hrt, kannst du auch wieder herunterregulieren.
